What Our Company Does

We check your pool equipment.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We vacuum your pool.

We verify your pool cleaner operation.

We test your pool water and apply the proper chemicals and minerals to keep your water in optimum condition.

We brush your pool (walls, steps, tiles).

We net your pool.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

What the Customer Does

Report any findings of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment working approving repairs when needed.

Maintain sufficient water level.

We offer twice a month service in Westchase from late Fall to Spring each year.

You will need a Stabilizer Treatment

Quarterly filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are imperative for most residential pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to perform a filter cleaning with acid, remove phosphates and boost the stabilizer. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for weekly service customers.
